New "Chivalry Not Dead" dating website shows how creativity is alive and well in online dating
Even with more than 3,000 online dating web sites around, seems like there's always room for new approaches.
The Western Daily Press from England reports that new website Chvalry Not Dead bans women from making the first move in the dating game. Says the story:
"Chivalry Not Dead has a set of old-fashhoned rules which are aimed to encourage a more traditional approach to dating in a digital age. Instead of sending messages to potential suitors on the site, women can only send a "handkerchief" to express themselves."
The creator of this site is 2007 Oxford grad Beth Murtagh, who became weary of of the dating scene. Convinced that "every woman loves to be pursued," she set up her own dating site. Said Murtagh: "There was no dating site for people who wanted to date slowly and be more passionate."
Such hope is not dead, and now neither is chivalry.
