Best and worst dating cities for singles, according to Wallethub

San Francisco, Atlanta and Los Angeles top Wallethub's best cities for singles while Tampa rates best in Florida.

Analysts from the personal finance website compared 182 cities using 32 dating-friendliness indicators. The result includes overall rankings along with off-shoot categories, such as most and fewest nightlife options per capita and lowest and highest restaurant-meal costs. Here's a sample on lowest and highest movie costs:

The highest-ranking singles city in Florida is Tampa at No. 11. Other Florida rankings: Orlando, 27; Tallahassee, 41; Miami, 49; St. Petersburg, 67; Fort Lauderdale, 86; Jacksonville, 98; Port St. Lucie, 146; Cape Coral, 166; Hialeah, 179; and Pembroke Pines, 180.

Vermont's South Burlington finished worst in this analysis followed by Brownsville, Texas, and Pembroke Pines.
